PONY EXPRESS MODEL AIRPARK RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Official A.M.A. Safety Code In Effect.
   A - Membership required or proof of equivalent liability insurance on file at Carson City Parks & Recreation Office.
   B - Frequency channel number cards are required on all TX's which have fixed operating frequencys.
2. Reserve channel prior to operating transmitter
3. Taxi on paved area only.
4. Loudly announce landing and emergencies.
5. Unattended children or pets are prohibited in the pit area.
6. Unloading and loading of vehicles is allowed in the pit area, otherwise vehicles must be parked in the designated parking area.
7. Pilots must fly according to traffic patterns.
8. The last H.S.R.C.C member to leave the area is responsible for securing buildings, locking gates, policing the area. H.S.R.C.C. members have authority to monitor compliance of all rules and regulations.
9. The following City Park Rules shall be strictly enforced, and violators will be cited.
   A. - NO LITTERING.
   B. - NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
   C. - NO DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS.
   D. - NO VANDALISM, OR ALTERING OF ANY SITE AMENITIES WILL BE TOLERATED. ANY IMPROVMENTS OR CHANGES MUST BE APPROVED BY THE PARKS AND RECREATION DIRECTOR.
